The only objective of the Creative Lease Programme is to allow businesses who are struggling with cashflow get the assistance of an award-winning creative agency without having to make a big investment.

A simple solution to a complicated problem.

Here is how it works:

Everything You Need to Succeed.

We deliver all creative assets your brand needs, such as visual identity, website, marketing material, etc.

Try for 12 months.

We license the creative assets to you for 12 months, giving you an opportunity to drive sales and revenue without having to spend thousands on agency fees.

Pay Only if It Worked.

After 12 months we ask the big question – has our strategy worked? If the answer is yes, and your sales have gone through the roof, then you can buy all those creative assets out from us, or simply license them again.
Like we said, simple.

Here is the process.

Apply for the Programme.

Simply complete an easy application form on our website, which shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.

Introduction form the Team

Our team will arrange a video call, or a meeting in-person, to answer any questions you may have, and to learn more about your brand so we can get to work right away.

Onboarding

Whilst the Creative and Marketing teams are working on the best strategy for your brand, you’ll be working closely with your Account Manager to tailor all terms and conditions to your unique circumstances.

Pitch

When our teams have finished working on the strategy and know exactly how to scale your brand, they’ll pitch their ideas and concepts to you, so you can decide whether you want to go ahead. They’ll also propose the terms of your Initial License, and all of the creative assets it will provide.

Pitch

When our teams have finished working on the strategy and know exactly how to scale your brand, they’ll pitch their ideas and concepts to you, so you can decide whether you want to go ahead. They’ll also propose the terms of your Initial License, and all of the creative assets it will provide.

Initial Licence

If you’re happy with the idea our teams have proposed, and want to go ahead, you’ll need to pay the Initial License fee, which will then allow you to use all the creative assets commercially, as long as your license is valid.

Buyout Option

When your Initial License expires, typically after 12 months, an option of buying the creative assets out becomes available. The terms will be agreed upon, based on the revenue our work has generated, and the value it brings to your business.
